Serenorix LLC ("Serenorix," "we," "us," or "our") operates a technology marketplace platform connecting clients with independent wellness professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our platform at serenorix.com.
Serenorix LLC is a technology marketplace platform, not a massage establishment, health care provider, or employer of any professional listed on this platform. All services are provided by independent contractors at client-designated locations. For privacy inquiries, contact: privacy@serenorix.com.
From Clients: Name, email address, phone number, billing address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), service location address, booking history, and session preferences. If you undergo identity verification, Stripe Identity processes your government-issued ID — we receive only a verification status, not your ID data.
From Professionals: Legal name as registered with the Florida Department of Health, Florida LMT license number (MA#), background check results, professional liability insurance certificate, service area, bank account information for payouts (held by Stripe), signed Independent Contractor Agreement, and session records for audit purposes.
Automatically: IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, and session timestamps for security and platform improvement purposes.
We use your information to: facilitate bookings between clients and independent professionals; process payments and payouts through Stripe Connect; verify professional credentials against the Florida DOH MQA database; send booking confirmations and receipts; enforce our Zero Tolerance Policy and safety standards; comply with Florida advertising requirements (§ 480.0465, F.S.) by displaying professional license numbers; respond to disputes or regulatory inquiries; and improve platform functionality.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not allow advertisers to pay to have their products promoted in your interactions with us. The Serenorix platform is ad-free.
License display: Florida Statute § 480.0465 and Rule 64B7-33.001 require that the Florida LMT license number (MA#) of each professional appear in all advertising where their name is displayed. Accordingly, each professional's MA# is visible on their public profile, in search results, in booking confirmations, and in receipts. This is a legal requirement, not optional.
Duty to cooperate: In the event of a regulatory inquiry from the Florida Department of Health, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, or any law enforcement authority, Serenorix will provide relevant records as required by law, including professional credential records and booking logs.
Professional credential records: Signed Independent Contractor Agreements, license verification records, background check results, and session acknowledgments are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for compliance purposes.
Incident reports: Safety incident reports, zero tolerance violations, and related records are retained indefinitely and may be shared with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Serenorix does not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial data on its servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your financial data. Booking amounts are held as Stripe Payment Intent authorizations and captured 24 hours after session completion unless a dispute is raised.
We share data only as necessary to operate the platform: with Stripe for payment processing; with Checkr or similar providers for background checks (professionals only); with the Florida DOH MQA database for license verification; with law enforcement or regulatory bodies when legally required; and with service providers who assist our platform operations under confidentiality agreements. We never share your data with advertisers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@serenorix.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that certain data (professional credential records, booking records, incident reports) may be retained beyond a deletion request for legal compliance purposes.
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, Cloudflare infrastructure, and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Report any security concerns to compliance@serenorix.com.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Professional credential records, signed agreements, and incident reports are retained indefinitely. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@serenorix.com, subject to legal retention requirements.
Serenorix uses essential cookies only — session management and security. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics beyond what is necessary to operate the platform. We do not share browsing data with advertisers. Cloudflare may set security cookies as part of their infrastructure service.
Serenorix is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@serenorix.com immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
