These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Serenorix platform at serenorix.com, operated by Serenorix LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Serenorix," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this platform you agree to these Terms.
Serenorix LLC is a technology marketplace platform, not a massage establishment, health care provider, employer, or agency. Serenorix does not provide massage therapy, voice coaching, yoga instruction, or any wellness or health care service. All services are provided solely by independent contractors at client-designated locations. Serenorix does not own, operate, or control any location where services occur.
Serenorix operates under Florida's marketplace safe harbor provisions (§ 451.02, F.S.). All massage services are performed exclusively at the client's chosen location — their private residence, hotel room, or short-term rental property. This platform is not a massage establishment as defined under Florida Statute § 480.033 and is not required to hold a Massage Establishment license (MM#).
All professionals accessible through this platform are independent contractors. Serenorix does not employ, supervise, train, or direct any professional listed on this platform and does not control the specific methods, timing, or location of their services. The professional's service fee and the Serenorix platform fee are itemized separately on your receipt. The platform facilitates booking and payment processing only.
In accordance with Florida Statute § 480.0465 and Rule 64B7-33.001, the Florida LMT license number (MA#) of each massage therapist is displayed on their profile, in search results, and in all booking confirmations. Therapists practicing exclusively via mobile outcall display "Mobile/Outcall Only · § 480.046, F.S." which reflects their exemption from the massage establishment licensing requirement. Serenorix verifies all LMT license numbers against the Florida DOH MQA Search Portal prior to activation.
Authorization hold: Your payment method is authorized (held) at the time of booking. The charge is captured 24 hours after the professional taps "Session Completed" in the platform app, provided no dispute is raised during that window.
All-inclusive pricing: All listed prices are all-inclusive. There are no tips, gratuities, or additional charges. The total displayed at booking is the total charged. The professional's service fee and the Serenorix platform fee are shown separately on your receipt.
Disputes: You may raise a dispute within the 24-hour window after session completion. Disputes are reviewed by Serenorix admin and resolved within 48 hours. Resolution options include full charge, full refund, or partial refund at admin discretion.
No-show policy: If you are not present at the confirmed location when your professional arrives (GPS-verified), you will be charged in full. No-show fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking total.
Sexual misconduct is a felony in Florida (§ 480.0485, F.S.). Any sexual suggestion, request, or behavior by a client toward a professional will result in immediate session termination, permanent account ban, and a report to the Florida Department of Health and local law enforcement. No refund will be issued for sessions terminated for safety reasons.
Professional draping is maintained at all times during massage sessions per Florida Statute § 480. Clients must allow professionals to maintain appropriate draping throughout the session. Only the area being actively worked on may be uncovered.
Serenorix maintains a No-Match Filter. If either party requests not to be paired with a specific individual, that preference is honored permanently and without explanation required.
By booking through this platform you agree to: be present at the confirmed location at the scheduled time; treat all professionals with respect and professionalism; not request any service outside the scope of the booking; not attempt to arrange off-platform bookings with Serenorix-introduced professionals; and comply with the Zero Tolerance Policy at all times. Violation of any conduct requirement results in permanent account termination.
Voice Activation and vocal wellness sessions are provided for entertainment, personal development, and general wellness purposes only. These sessions do not constitute music therapy, speech therapy, clinical voice treatment, or any regulated health care service. Serenorix does not represent that any wellness service on this platform constitutes medical treatment or clinical therapy of any kind.
With respect to professionals you were first introduced to through the Serenorix platform, you agree not to arrange direct bookings outside the platform for 24 months from the date of first introduction. This restriction applies only to Serenorix-introduced professionals and does not affect any independent relationship you may have with a professional through other channels.
Serenorix is a technology platform. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any independent contractor accessible through this platform. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Serenorix's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Rules. Class action waiver: you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Serenorix.
